Hulic Decides to Capitalize Anonymous Partnership, Form Subsidiary

TOKYO, Jul 31 (Pulse News Wire) – Hulic CO.,LTD. (3003.T) announced that it has decided to invest up to ¥8.740 billion in an anonymous partnership operated by Hugo2A General Incorporated Association, thereby converting it into a subsidiary.

The investment amount is expected to be ¥17.14 billion. The partnership, located at Tokyo, Minato Ku Toranomon San Choume22-10-201, was established on February 16, 2026. Its main activities include real estate trust beneficiary rights acquisition, development, leasing, management, asset trading, and financial services.

Investors in the partnership consist of Hyuu Rikku Kabushiki Kaisha with a stake of 51%; remaining shares totaling 49% are undisclosed per contractual agreements. The board resolution approving the investment took place , followed by the signing of the partnership agreement on the same day. The planned capital contribution is scheduled for around August 2026.

Regarding future outlook, the company stated that the impact on performance is anticipated to be minor and will not affect the consolidated earnings forecast published on January 29, 2026, for the fiscal year ending December 2026.
