Advance Residence Investment Trust Announces Supervisory Director Resignation
TOKYO, Jul 31 (Pulse News Wire) – Advance Residence Investment Corporation (3269.T) announced today that supervisory director Kaneda Ayako has resigned effective July 31, 2026. The company plans to promptly complete necessary filings based on related laws and regulations.
Following her resignation, the number of supervisory directors remains compliant with the Investment Trust and Investment Corporations Act. Kaneda Ayako had served as a supervisory director since the inception of the trust.
Her departure does not affect the legal requirements for the minimum number of supervisory directors stipulated by law. Advance Residence Investment Trust, managed by Itochu Real Estate Management Co., Ltd., specializes in residential properties across Japan, particularly in central Tokyo.
The trust leverages stable assets and negative goodwill to ensure long-term and steady distributions, positioning itself as a defensive investment option among Japanese real estate investment trusts (J-REITs).
