Hokuetsu Corp Appoints New Directors; Shareholder Meeting Set for June 26

TOKYO, May 15 (Pulse News Wire) – Hokuetsu Corporation (3865.T) announced changes in its board of directors following a meeting held today. Among the key appointments, Okamoto Toshimi was appointed as a director from his previous role as Executive Officer and General Manager of Domestic Paper Sales Department.

Additionally, Kao Ieyoshi was named as a director from his position as Factory Director of Niigata Plant. Following the annual shareholders' meeting scheduled for June 26, 2026, the company's executive structure will remain largely unchanged.

Key roles include Kishimoto Akio as Group CEO and Chairman, Kobayashi Shigeo as COO and Production Technology Division Head, and Yanagisawa Masaru as CFO and Corporate Legal & Public Relations Officer.
