– Hmcomm Inc. (265A.T) reported progress in its integration with Collaborate Tech Co., Ltd., focusing on AI-driven development and Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE).

Since becoming a subsidiary on May 11, the companies have completed organizational alignment and initiated joint proposals and cross-selling activities. They also began applying AI solutions in a CMS project for a major home equipment manufacturer, marking the transition towards revenue generation in the second half of the year. The collaboration includes two large systems integrator firms, with whom Hmcomm signed basic contracts in May and June 2026.

Joint proposal efforts involve ten client companies, aiming to streamline the entire process from requirement definition through implementation and ongoing support. The companies plan to expand their FDE model and develop AI Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) solutions, particularly targeting the finance sector. Looking ahead, Hmcomm expects to leverage the integrated capabilities to drive revenue growth in the second half of 2026, contributing to consolidated earnings.

The firm maintains a conservative outlook for the fiscal year but anticipates providing updated forecasts post-first half results scheduled for August 14.
