Hitomile Expands Shareholder Benefits Program

TOKYO, Jul 17 (Pulse News Wire) – Hitomile CO.,LTD. (7686.T) announced changes to its shareholder benefits program aimed at enhancing convenience and increasing participation.

At a board meeting held on July 17, the company decided to introduce additional purchasing methods for shareholder coupons and officially incorporate regular invitations to the KAKUYASU DEXPO event. The number of invited shareholders will increase significantly from last year's 200 to 400, allowing up to one guest per shareholder. The revised program includes expanding the scope of coupon redemption locations to physical stores, apps, and online platforms, excluding delivery-specific stations. Additionally, the KAKUYASU DEXPO invitation criteria now apply to shareholders holding one unit (100 shares) or more, with invitations based on a lottery system for those who express interest.

The updated benefits will take effect starting from September 30, 2026, for the event invitation component, while the coupon benefit will be adjusted beginning March 31, 2027. KAKUYASU DEXPO, hosted annually in May, features over 260 exhibitors offering more than 1,489 types of beverages and food products. It provides valuable data-driven insights and proposals beneficial for restaurant operators, attracting numerous attendees each year. Shareholders invited through the expanded program can also participate in the concurrent MICREED FOOD SELECTION exhibition organized by Miklreed Corporation.
