Ginza Renoir Appoints New Auditor Director Amid Board Reappointment

TOKYO, Jun 25 (Pulse News Wire) – Ginza Renoir CO.,LTD. (9853.T) held its 63rd regular shareholders' meeting , where it appointed directors.

Following the meeting, the board decided on the reappointment of existing executives and the appointment of a new auditor director. Key appointments included the reappointment of Yasumichi Inagaki as Chairman, Yoshiharu Okazaki as President, and Masaharu Takano as Executive Vice President. Additionally, Masakazu Morita was reappointed as Executive Vice President overseeing management and finance departments.

External directors Shinko Ozawa and Atsu Fukuda were also reappointed. Notably, the company appointed a new auditor director, Yoshiro Miyashita, who joined Ginza Renoir in March 2006 and became an area manager in December 2018. Existing external auditor directors Yukari Nakatani and Akira Aruga were reappointed.

This restructuring maintains the continuity of leadership while introducing fresh oversight through the addition of a new auditor director.
