Fukuoka REIT Extends Commitment Line Agreement Until July 31, 2028
TOKYO, Jul 22 (Pulse News Wire) – Fukuoka REIT Corporation (8968.F) announced today that it has extended its commitment line agreement until July 31, 2029 with The Bank of Fukuoka and Resona Bank. The extension ensures continued flexible and stable funding options for the investment trust.
Originally set to expire on July 31, 2026, the renewed agreement now covers a three-year period from August 1, 2018 to July 31, 2029. Under the revised contract, The Bank of Fukuoka acts as agent with a 50/60 share, while Resona Bank participates with a 10/60 share.
The undrawn limit remains unchanged at ¥6 billion. The commitment line is unsecured and intended for operational and equipment financing, including asset acquisition funds.
In conjunction with this update, the company stated there are no significant changes to the risk profile outlined in its 43rd quarterly securities report filed on May 27, 2026.
