Fruta Fruta Reports July Exercise Status of 14th Tranche Subscription Rights

TOKYO, Aug 03 (Pulse News Wire) – Fruta Fruta Inc. (2586.T) reported the exercise status of its 14th tranche subscription rights (with adjustment clause) allocated to Chairman CEO Nagasawa Sei for the month of July 2026.

During July, 91 individual subscription rights were exercised, representing a total of 91 shares. At the end of June, there were 4,340 outstanding subscription rights, which decreased to 4,249 by the end of July. The exercise ratio for July was calculated based on the total issuance of 4,340 subscription rights.
