Fruta Fruta Announces Results of Annual Shareholders Meeting

TOKYO, Jun 24 (Pulse News Wire) – Fruta Fruta Inc. (2586.T) has released the results of its 24th regular shareholders meeting held today.

The meeting approved the amendment of the company's articles of incorporation as proposed. Four directors—Shōzawa Makoto, Mori Eishitsu, Jason South Alexander, and Suzuki Ryōhiko—were appointed as originally planned.

Additionally, three auditors—Kato Naotoshi, Murakami Masaya, and Ishida Ryu—were also selected according to the initial proposal. Furthermore, the meeting ratified the appointment of Kishimoto Yusuke as a substitute auditor, as initially outlined.
