TOKYO, May 15 (Pulse News Wire) – Foodison, inc. (7114.T) reported robust fourth-quarter and full-year results for the fiscal year ending March 2026.
Revenue reached a record high of ¥31.3 million, up from ¥28.7 million in the same quarter last year. Operating profit increased significantly to ¥39 million from ¥10 million in the previous year's quarter. EBITDA improved substantially to ¥46 million compared to ¥17 million in the corresponding period last year. The growth was driven by strong performance in the BtoB commerce division, which saw a significant increase in ARPU due to strategic shifts towards higher-margin operations.
However, BtoC commerce revenue declined slightly to ¥277 million from ¥261 million, while HR services revenue was ¥66 million from ¥95 million. For the full fiscal year, total revenue hit a record ¥7.820 billion, marking a 14.8% increase from the previous year’s ¥6.866 billion. Operating profit rose to ¥183 million, up from ¥167 million, while net income grew to ¥146 million from ¥142 million. Despite challenges in BtoC and HR segments, the overall performance was bolstered by solid gains in BtoB commerce.
Looking ahead, Foodison expects continued investment in its growth strategy, focusing on expanding active user engagement and improving operational efficiency across divisions.
