First-Corporation Enters Capital Business Alliance With Central Japan Land Building Co.
TOKYO, Jul 22 (Pulse News Wire) – First-corporation Inc. (1430.T) announced that its board of directors approved a capital business alliance with Central Japan Land Building Co.
On July 22, 2026, the companies agreed to strengthen their partnership through equity investment, with First-corporation issuing ordinary shares worth approximately ¥1.1 trillion to Central Japan Land Building. Under the agreement, Central Japan Land Building will acquire ordinary shares representing 4.5% of First-corporation's outstanding share capital. The transaction aims to enhance operational synergies across various sectors such as residential development and construction expertise. Both firms plan to collaborate on joint projects, exchange knowledge, and improve efficiency in their respective fields.
Central Japan Land Building, established in 1954, has a capital of ¥17.00 billion and operates in real estate development, commercial facilities management, and residential sales. It holds 2,479,400 shares, making it a significant player in the industry. The deal is expected to bolster First-corporation’s growth strategy outlined in its long-term vision 'First Vision 2031.' The payment for the equity issuance is scheduled for August 10, 2026. Proceeds from the transaction will be used for human capital investments aimed at expanding workforce capabilities and ensuring sustainable operations.
