First-Corporation Announces 15th Annual General Meeting Schedule and Board Candidates

TOKYO, Jul 15 (Pulse News Wire) – First-corporation Inc. (1430.T) has scheduled its 15th annual general meeting for August 25 at 10 AM at Akasaka Intercity AIR Conference Room.

The agenda includes the election of seven directors and one audit committee member. Current directors, except those retiring, will seek reappointment.

New candidates include Umatsu Junichi and Endo Yoshimi, both previously serving in management roles. Additionally, Aoki Atsuo, an independent director candidate, will replace the late Yasuyuki Sonobe as the audit committee member.

Retiring members are Saioka Toyohiro and Adachi Manabu due to term limits and temporary appointment expiration, respectively.
