TOKYO, Jun 15 (Pulse News Wire) – EUCALIA Inc. (286A.T) resolved during its board meeting held , to terminate partnerships with two medical institutions due to contract expiration.

The terminated partners are Social Healthcare Organization Hojin Kuroine Sakurakita Hospital and Corporate Healthcare Organization Gokuen Kaikyo Central Hospital. The decision was reached after thorough deliberation.

The partnership agreements are scheduled to end on June 30, 2026. According to the company, this action will not impact the current fiscal period's performance.
