Eucalia Buys Back Shares Worth 44.6 million in July
TOKYO, Aug 03 (Pulse News Wire) – EUCALIA Inc. (286A.T) disclosed that it purchased a total of 58,700 ordinary shares worth ¥44.6 million during the period from July 01 to July 31, 2026, based on a resolution made at the board meeting held on June 15, 2026.
At the June 15 board meeting, EUCALIA resolved to repurchase up to 1,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 2.79% of the outstanding shares excluding treasury stock. The total value of the repurchased shares was capped at ¥800 million.
The company plans to execute the buyback through open-market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange under a discretionary trading agreement, with the buyback period set from June 17, 2026, to June 16, 2027. As of July 31, 2026, EUCALIA had cumulatively acquired 91,900 shares valued at ¥66.7 million since the implementation of the buyback program.
