TOKYO, Aug 06 (Pulse News Wire) – Emimen CO.,LTD. (9237.T) announced that its subsidiary, CareSunk Corp., has entered into a lease agreement for fixed assets to support the launch of senior home facilities through the "CareSunk Partner Lease" program.
The lease and sublease agreements are expected to be finalized in August 2026, with asset leasing scheduled for early 2027 and subsequent subleasing planned for later in the same year. CareSunk Corp., established on September 17, 2024, operates consulting services for elderly care and real estate. The capital of the subsidiary stands at ¥10 million. Major shareholder Emimen CO.,LTD. holds 100% percent of CareSunk's shares.
The leased assets, located in Osaka Prefecture, will exceed the net assets reported in the latest consolidated balance sheet of Emimen CO.,LTD. Details such as the precise location, lease value, and sublease value remain undisclosed due to confidentiality agreements and competitive considerations. Additionally, no significant relationships exist between Emimen Group and the counterparty involved in the transaction. In terms of impact on future performance, Emimen anticipates minimal effects on its consolidated results for the fiscal year ending October 2026.
