Emimen to Lease Fixed Assets Through Subsidiary CareSunk

TOKYO, Jul 15 (Pulse News Wire) – Emimen CO.,LTD. (9237.T) announced that it has decided to enter into lease agreements for fixed assets through its subsidiary, CareSunk Corporation, effective July 15, 2026.

The move aims to support the launch of senior homes under the "CareSunk Partner Lease" program initiated by CareSunk. CareSunk, established on September 17, 2024, operates in care consulting and real estate consulting services. It is majority-owned by Emimen CO.,LTD. with a holding ratio of 100%. The subsidiary's capital stands at ¥10 million.

The lease agreement involves the acquisition of fixed assets located in Saitama Prefecture’s Hokucho District, which will subsequently be sublet. However, due to confidentiality agreements, detailed asset descriptions, lease prices, and lease durations remain undisclosed. The lease transactions are scheduled to commence in mid-July 2026, with the actual leasing and subleasing activities expected around January 2027. According to the company, the impact on Emimen Group’s consolidated performance for the fiscal year ending October 2026 will be minor. Any significant effects on future consolidated earnings will be promptly disclosed.

The transaction does not involve any notable capital, personal, or commercial relationships with Emimen Group members or related entities.
