EDP Reports Large Exercise of Warrants

TOKYO, Jul 30 (Pulse News Wire) – EDP Corporation (7794.T) reported the large exercise of warrants issued on June 16, 2026, during the period from July 22 to July 30, 2026. A total of 380,000 shares were delivered following the exercise of 3,800 warrants, representing 12.67% of the total issuance.

At the time of the previous disclosure, there were 21,580 unexercised warrants. As of now, the number of unexercised warrants stands at 17,780.
