TOKYO, Jul 21 (Pulse News Wire) – EDP Corporation (7794.T) announced that during the period from July 1 to July 21, 2026, a significant number of warrants were exercised. A total of 393,500 shares were delivered based on the exercise of warrants since the beginning of the month.

Details of the warrant exercises are as follows: - On July 1, 2026, the exercise price was ¥1,070 per share. - From July 2 to July 21, 2026, various exercises occurred, with notable transactions on July 2, July 6, July 9, July 10, July 15, July 16, July 17, and July 21.
