TOKYO, Jul 13 (Pulse News Wire) – Earth Corporation (4985.T) announced significant organizational changes and management appointments effective August 1, 2026. The restructuring includes reorganizing the Sales Department to enhance responsiveness and efficiency, creating new divisions such as East Japan Sales Division and West Japan Sales Division while abolishing existing departments.

Additionally, the Retail Solutions Department was established, replacing the R&E Department. In related personnel moves, several executives received promotions and role adjustments.

Notably, Tsunekazu Sato was appointed Senior Executive Officer and President of Earth (Thailand) Co., Ltd., while Hirokuni Takagi became Senior Executive Officer overseeing domestic sales operations.
