Earth Corp Dissolves Exclusive Distribution Deal With Haleon Japan Effective Dec 31, 2026

TOKYO, Jul 01 (Pulse News Wire) – Earth Corporation (4985.T) announced the dissolution of its exclusive distribution agreement with Haleon Japan for oral care products effective December 31, 2026. The deal, which began in July 1996, covered products such as Polident, Poligrip, Sensodyne, and Aquafresh.

Both companies agreed to return these responsibilities to Haleon to support future growth. The termination of the contract will have a minor impact on Earth's consolidated earnings for the current fiscal period.
