TOKYO, Jun 01 (Pulse News Wire) – E-Guardian Inc. (6050.T) completed its acquisition of Outsourcing Communications Co., making it a wholly-owned subsidiary effective June 01, 2026.

Outsourcing Communications Co. Its capital is ¥55 million. Prior to the acquisition, E-Guardian held a stake of 100% in Outsourcing Communications Co.

Following the transaction, E-Guardian now owns 1,100 shares, representing a voting rights ratio of 100%.
