E-Guardian Acquires Outsourcing Communications to Expand AI-Powered Services

TOKYO, May 22 (Pulse News Wire) – E-Guardian Inc. (6050.T) resolved today to acquire all shares of Outsourcing Communications Co., Ltd.

(OSCOM) through a share transfer agreement scheduled for June 1, 2026, aiming to integrate advanced human skills with AI technology. This move follows the company's strategy to transition from labor-intensive operations to high-value-added services, leveraging AI and operational expertise to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency. The acquisition is expected to create synergies through cross-selling opportunities and optimized resource utilization, leading to improved profitability.

Additionally, the integration of OSCOM’s high-quality communication skills with E-Guardian’s AI capabilities will enable seamless hybrid outbound call operations, addressing challenges unique to the Japanese market. Key figures from OSCOM show a capital of ¥55 million and revenues of 1,670,826 thousand yen in fiscal 2023, rising to 1,821,937 thousand yen in fiscal 2025. The deal also includes advisory fees and related expenses totaling ¥290 million thousand yen.
