TOKYO, Jul 31 (Pulse News Wire) – Danto Holdings Corporation (5337.T) completed the partial share transfer of Touchstone-Ki Co., Ltd. shares to Tokyo Asset Solution Co., Ltd.

According to the company's previous announcement on March 26, 2026, Danto Holdings transferred 1,000 shares of Touchstone-Ki, reducing their holding from 12,610 shares to 11,610 shares post-transfer. Prior to the transaction, Danto Holdings held 12,610 shares representing 10.2% of voting rights.
