Daihatsu Infinearth Mfg.Co. TO CANCEL SHARES; REDUCE OUTSTANDING SHARES

TOKYO, May 08 (Pulse News Wire) – Daihatsu Infinearth Mfg.co.,ltd. (6023.T) announced today that its board of directors resolved to cancel shares based on Article 178 of the Companies Act.

The cancellation involves the company's common stock and will reduce the outstanding share count by 4,500,000 shares, representing 14.1% of the total issued shares prior to cancellation. The cancellation is scheduled to take place on May 29, 2026.

Following the cancellation, the total number of issued shares will decrease to 27,350,000. Additionally, the remaining self-held shares will amount to 1,918,525, which represents 7.0% of the post-cancellation issued shares.
