The amendments, approved during a board meeting held today, include altering the purpose clause to allow direct operations alongside its subsidiaries. Additionally, the company plans to increase its authorized share issuance limit from 260,000,000 to 327,652,328, four times the current issued shares of 81,913,082. There are currently no immediate plans for issuing additional shares.
