Cyberstep Holdings Ends Agreement to Acquire Third Co Shares, Receives Full Refund
TOKYO, Jul 27 (Pulse News Wire) – Cyberstep Holdings,inc. (3810.T) completed the settlement related to the termination of its agreement to acquire shares of Third Co.
On July 27, the company received the full refund of the purchase price amounting to ¥1.250 billion. Additionally, all shares held by CyberStep in Third Co. were returned to the seller, Mr. Akira Iwasaki, in exchange for the return of the entire acquisition cost. On the same day, CyberStep signed a settlement agreement with Mr.
Iwasaki confirming the completion of the settlement process. The initial agreement to terminate the share purchase contract was made on July 14, 2026, and the full repayment of the purchase price was finalized. Looking ahead, CyberStep stated that the impact of this agreement on its consolidated performance is currently being assessed. Any additional significant developments will be disclosed promptly. Notably, there was no additional funding expenditure by CyberStep as part of this settlement process.
