TOKYO, Jul 21 (Pulse News Wire) – CTI Engineering CO.,LTD. (9621.T) completed the allocation of self-owned shares to its employee shareholding association through a third-party allotment method as decided in the January 30 board meeting.
The number of shares and total amount allocated were adjusted due to partial delisting, resulting in the issuance of 59,500 ordinary shares instead of the initially planned 23,069 shares, with a price per share of ¥2,959 rather than ¥2,959. The total value was revised to ¥68.3 million from ¥176.1 million. The adjustments were made because the promotion for employees to participate in the scheme concluded, leading to a finalized participant count.
