TOKYO, Jul 21 (Pulse News Wire) – Asahi Net,inc. (3834.T) completed the repurchase of its own shares for restricted stock awards.

The transaction involved the repurchase of 54,000 ordinary shares at a price of ¥603 per share, totaling ¥32.6 million. This repurchase was approved during the board meeting held on June 23, 2026.

The shares were allocated to nine executive officers and two directors who are not audit committee members. The total number of shares distributed among the recipients is 34,000 for executives and 20,000 for directors.
