C.S. Lumber CO. Appoints Directors for Upcoming Annual Shareholders' Meeting

Lumber Co.,inc (7808.T) announced today that its board of directors has resolved to propose the following candidates for election at the 44th regular shareholders’ meeting scheduled for July 15, 2026: - Chiyosuke Nakai, President and CEO, reappointed - Jun Suzuki, Executive Vice President, reappointed - Eichi Ishizuka, Outside Director, reappointed - Naomi Kumekiri, Outside Director, reappointed Ishizuka and Kumekiri are independent directors as defined by the Companies Act and comply with the Tokyo Stock Exchange's criteria for independent directors. Masatomo Mamoru, currently serving as a director, is expected to retire upon the conclusion of the 44th regular shareholders’ meeting.
