Create SD Holdings APPOINTS NEW DIRECTORS FOR AUGUST SHAREHOLDER MEETING

TOKYO, Jul 21 (Pulse News Wire) – Create SD Holdings CO.,LTD. (3148.T) announced the appointment of directors who will take office upon approval at its upcoming annual shareholder meeting scheduled for August 21, 2026.

The board of directors met on July 20, 2026, to select candidates for reappointment and new positions. Current director nominees include Yasumori Hirose, president and CEO, and Yoshihiko Takaya, executive director. Both are up for reappointment. Additionally, Hiroyoshi Yamamoto, current chairman, is also nominated for another term.

For the position of alternate audit committee member, Harada Takafumi from Abekawa Katayama Law Office and Kunimine Industrial Co., Ltd.'s external director, Harada Takashi, have been selected. Following the 29th regular shareholders' meeting and subsequent board meeting on August 21, 2026, the appointments will be finalized. The new structure includes Hiroyoshi Yamamoto as chairman, Yasumori Hirose as president and CEO, and Yoshihiko Takaya as an executive director.
