TOKYO, Jul 21 (Pulse News Wire) – TOKAI Corp. (9729.T) announced changes to its board and executive roles effective July 31, 2026.

At a meeting held , the company decided to appoint Hiroyasu Horii as a director, changing his role from Hospital-related Business Headquarters Director to Hospital-related Business Headquarters Chief Director. Additionally, Masahiro Sugiyama, currently serving as Executive Officer and President and CEO, will take on additional responsibilities as Executive Officer and Sales Promotion Department Manager, and Eastern Region Sales Promotion Manager.
