Comforia Residential REIT to Borrow and Repay Debt on July 31
TOKYO, Jul 24 (Pulse News Wire) – Comforia Residential Reit,inc (3282.T) announced plans to borrow funds and repay existing debt. The company will take out two long-term loans totaling ¥4.050 billion and ¥900 million.
The first loan, with variable interest rates, will be repaid in full on July 31, 2034, while the second, a fixed-rate loan, will be repaid on July 31, 2029. Additionally, Comforia will repay an existing loan of ¥4.950 billion due on July 31, 2026.
The borrowed funds will be used specifically to repay the aforementioned existing debt. The total amount raised will be ¥4.950 billion.
Following these transactions, the company's total interest-bearing liabilities will decrease by 4,950 million yen, transitioning from 187,140 million yen pre-execution to 187,140 million yen post-execution.
