Comforia Residential REIT Decides Purchase Price for Two Properties

TOKYO, Jul 13 (Pulse News Wire) – Comforia Residential Reit,inc (3282.T) has finalized the purchase price for two domestic real estate investment trust units previously disclosed on March 17, 2026. The total agreed-upon price includes ¥2.184 billion for the first property and ¥1.170 billion for the second, totaling ¥3.354 billion.

The initial prices proposed at contract signing were adjusted based on projected income and expenses up to the acquisition date. However, due to consistent performance aligning with pre-contract expectations, there was no significant deviation from the initially stated figures.

The final prices reflect updated operational data through June 30, 2026. The impact of these acquisitions on future operations is detailed in the revised outlook for the fiscal periods ending January 31, 2027, and July 31, 2027, which were also released today.
