TOKYO, Jul 14 (Pulse News Wire) – CCReB Advisors Inc. (276A.T) has decided on the relocation of its headquarters to September 1, 2026, during its board meeting held.

The move follows an earlier notice on October 14, 2025, regarding the planned shift. The new location of the headquarters will be Suite 6-1, 10th Floor, TOFROM YAESU Tower, Tokyo, Chuuou Ku Yaesu Ichi Choume. The legal address remains unchanged at Suite 6-1, Tokyo, Chuuou Ku Yaesu Ichi Choume.

The company stated that the relocation will not impact its fiscal performance forecast for the fiscal year ending August 2026. Shareholders approved the change in the company's domicile from Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo, to Tokyo, Chuuou Ku at their annual general meeting held on November 27, 2025. With this decision, the change in the company’s headquarters location will take effect on September 1, 2026.
