Bplats Announces Large Exercise of Seventh Tranche Warrant Shares

TOKYO, Aug 06 (Pulse News Wire) – Bplats,inc. (4381.T) announced the large-scale exercise of its seventh tranche warrants (with adjusted exercise price clause) during the period from August 1 to August 6, 2026.

The warrants were issued to GP Listed Enterprise Investment Business Limited Liability Partnership on June 15, 2026. During the mentioned period, a total of 232,400 shares were delivered upon warrant exercise.
