B&P Acquires Shinwa Pop to Boost Capital Area Operations
TOKYO, Aug 03 (Pulse News Wire) – B&P CO.,LTD. (7804.T) completed the acquisition of Shinwa Pop Co., Ltd.
Shares on August 03, integrating the company as a subsidiary. The move aims to enhance production capabilities and sales competitiveness in the capital area through Shinwa Pop's advanced technology and production capacity. Shinwa Pop, established in May 1980, specializes in paper processing and promotional tool manufacturing. With a capital of ¥10 million and revenue of ¥899.4 million (as of May 2026), the company boasts a workforce of 30 employees. Its unique equipment and continuous production processes enable high-quality, short-term production capabilities, making it well-suited for diverse customer needs.
The integration of Shinwa Pop strengthens B&P Group’s presence in the Greater Tokyo region. By leveraging Shinwa Pop’s facilities in Saitama, B&P aims to improve its operational and production infrastructure, enhancing its competitive edge in the market. Additionally, the combined expertise of the three group companies—Idei, B&P, and Shinwa Pop—will allow for comprehensive service offerings from planning and design to mass production. Expected synergies from this merger include improved operations and production systems in the capital area, driving market share expansion. B&P anticipates significant contributions to performance beginning in October 2027, accelerating growth towards the next mid-term management plan.
