Joyful Honda Posts Higher Revenue, Acquires Honda Co.; FY26 Outlook Positive

TOKYO, Aug 03 (Pulse News Wire) – Joyful Honda CO.,LTD. (3191.T) reported a 3.0% increase in revenue to ¥3.836 billion for the fiscal year ended June 2026 compared to the previous year.

The acquisition of Honda Co. on September 30, 2025, contributed significantly to the growth. For the quarter ending June 2026, operating profit was up 4.6%, while net profit rose 1.7%.

The company also revised its earnings forecast for the next fiscal year, projecting revenues of ¥132.817 billion and a net profit margin of 4.6%. Additionally, Joyful Honda announced plans to strategically expand its retail footprint, focusing on specialized stores. The company expects to invest approximately ¥6 billion in capital expenditures moving forward, aligning with its strategic priorities.
