BML Announces Leadership Changes; Abe Shinogi Steps Down as President
TOKYO, May 13 (Pulse News Wire) – BML,INC. (4694.T) announced significant leadership changes effective June 26, 2026, following its scheduled annual shareholders' meeting.
Abe Shinogi, currently serving as president and CEO, will step down due to term expiration. His successor, Konishi Masami, will take over as president. Additionally, several executive positions within the company underwent adjustments.
Shibata Kenji retained his role as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, while Ogino Michihiko was promoted to Senior Executive Officer. New appointments included Takano Akifumi as Deputy Head of Sales Department and Yokote Tsutomu as Deputy Head of System Promotion Department. The company also welcomed Kawauchi Toyohiko as a new outside director.
Kawauchi previously served as Executive Advisor at Nippon Steel Corporation.
