Baudroie Confirms Details of Employee Stock Option Issuance

TOKYO, Jun 30 (Pulse News Wire) – baudroie,inc. (4413.T) has finalized the details of its employee stock option issuance based on the resolution made during the board meeting held on May 25, 2026.

The company will issue a total of 8,394 stock options, comprising ordinary shares worth June 30, 2026. Under the plan, 177 employees of the company will receive 3,852 stock options, five subsidiary directors will get 216 options, and 119 subsidiary employees will obtain 4,326 options.
