TOKYO, Jul 15 (Pulse News Wire) – Baroque Japan Limited (3548.T) announced today that it has decided to close its The SHEL’TTER TOKYO store located within Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Hikarigaoka. The decision was made during a board meeting held on July 15.

The store's closure is due to the expiration of the lease agreement. Located at 4-30-3 Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Hikarigaoka B1-2F, the closing date remains undetermined.

Regarding the impact on the consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending February 2027, the company stated that it is currently assessing the effects.
