Bandai Namco Holdings Holds Successful Shareholders Meeting; All Key Resolutions Passed
TOKYO, Jun 23 (Pulse News Wire) – Bandai Namco Holdings Inc. (7832.T) reported the results of its 21st Annual General Meeting held on June 22, 2026.
A total of 6,404,824 voting rights were exercised by 1,156 shareholders. Key resolutions included the distribution of surplus funds, which was approved unanimously. Additionally, all eleven non-audit committee directors proposed in the meeting received approval, with support rates ranging from 85.71% to 99.99%.
Notably, Yasuhiro Asuka garnered 99.99% support, while Yuji Shimizu secured 85.71%. Three audit committee members—Hideki Kaneko, Takashi Komori, and Kanae Murao—were also elected, receiving approval rates of 99.99%, 99.99%, and 99.99%, respectively. Furthermore, Makino Koichi was appointed as a supplementary audit committee member with 99.99% support.
