Asahi Printing Appoints New Executives Effective Sept 1

TOKYO, Jul 21 (Pulse News Wire) – Asahi Printing CO.,LTD. (3951.T) announced changes in executive positions effective September 1, 2026.

The board of directors resolved to appoint Yasuhiro Nishida as Senior Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Harleigh (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., and Mitsuhisa Hoshina as Senior Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Shin-Nippon Industries Sdn. Bhd.

Additionally, Satoshi Tsuka will take on the role of Director of the Strategic Planning Department, while Hiroyasu Okura will continue as Financial Manager. In related appointments, Nishida will also serve as Chief Financial Officer, replacing his previous position. Tsuka’s move reflects the company's strategic focus on enhancing operational efficiency and aligning leadership roles with international subsidiaries.
