TOKYO, Jul 21 (Pulse News Wire) – ASAHI PRINTING CO.,LTD. (3951.T) announced a simplified merger of its subsidiary.

The transaction is scheduled to take effect on July 01, 2027, the merger agreement was signed on July 21, 2026. The dissolving entity reported revenue of ¥44,642 million, total assets of ¥69,175 million, net assets of ¥36,735 million.
