All About Announces Board Changes Effective June 24

TOKYO, May 28 (Pulse News Wire) – All About,inc. (2454.T) announced changes to its board of directors effective June 24, 2026, following approval at its upcoming annual shareholders' meeting scheduled for the same day.

Newly appointed director Nakamura Satoshi, currently an executive officer overseeing Media & Digital Marketing Jigyou Senryakushitsuchou, will join the board. Meanwhile, Director Miyazaki Hideyuki, who serves as president of All About Navigation Co., Ltd., will retire upon the conclusion of the shareholders’ meeting due to term expiration.
