Alink Internet to Amend Articles of Incorporation at Upcoming Shareholders' Meeting

TOKYO, Apr 27 (Pulse News Wire) – Alink Internet,inc. (7077.T) resolved today during its board meeting to propose amendments to its articles of incorporation at the upcoming 13th annual shareholders’ meeting scheduled for April 27, 2026.

The proposed changes aim to clarify the company’s business scope and prepare for future expansion and diversification by adding new business purposes to Article 2 of the existing articles of incorporation. Specifically, the amendment includes the addition of three new business areas: planning, owning, operating, and managing accommodation facilities; running and managing residential accommodations; and providing consulting services related to asset management and operations.

Furthermore, the proposal updates Article 14 to permit the chairman to call shareholder meetings and act as chairperson, alongside the president, should circumstances require. The amended articles of incorporation are set to take effect on May 28, 2026, the same day as the shareholders’ meeting.
