Alink Internet Selects New Auditor Ahead of Annual Shareholder Meeting

TOKYO, Apr 27 (Pulse News Wire) – Alink Internet,inc. (7077.T) announced today that its board of directors and audit committee resolved to appoint a new auditor effective May 28, 2026, coinciding with the upcoming 13th annual shareholders' meeting scheduled for the same day.

The company decided to select Audit Firm Galaxy as the new accounting auditor due to their ability to bring fresh perspectives and robust quality management systems, ensuring independent and specialized audits. The outgoing auditor, San'yuu Audit Firm, which has served since May 24, 2023, will conclude its term without objections from either party involved.

San'yuu Audit Firm did not issue any adverse opinions in their recent three-year tenure. The decision was made considering the evolving nature of ALiNK Internet's business operations, scale, and operating environment.
