Aimechatec Reports Special Losses and Tax Adjustments for Fiscal Year Ending June 2026

TOKYO, Aug 07 (Pulse News Wire) – Aimechatec,ltd. (6227.T) reported special losses and tax adjustments for the fiscal year ending June 2026.

The company recorded fixed asset disposal losses of ¥142.2 million due to restructuring efforts aimed at focusing on future growth areas, primarily in the flat panel display sector. Additionally, impairment losses of ¥363.5 million were recognized based on the assessment of recoverability under accounting standards for impaired assets.

In relation to tax adjustments, AIMECHATEC evaluated the likelihood of recovering deferred tax assets and accordingly booked adjustments of -¥1.059 billion in consolidated results and -¥1.061 billion in individual results.
