Aero Lab International Expands Business Scope and Renames Subsidiary

– Aero Lab International Inc. (326A.T) announced that its subsidiary, Aero Lab NiCad Service, will expand its operations to include aircraft maintenance and modifications, as well as post-maintenance inspections.

The subsidiary will also change its name to Aero Lab MEC Inc. effective July 31, 2026. The expansion comes as part of the group's strategy to offer comprehensive services for business jets, including sales, operational support, and maintenance. The subsidiary has prepared personnel, facilities, equipment, tools, technical documentation, and quality management systems necessary for the expanded scope of work.

The additional certifications from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism’s Civil Aviation Bureau are expected around mid-August 2026. With the new name, Aero Lab MEC aims to clearly position itself as a key player in aircraft maintenance within the group, enhancing recognition and strengthening capabilities. The subsidiary was established on July 1, 2016, and currently holds a capital of 100% million yen, with Aero Lab International maintaining a stake of 100%. Looking ahead, the company plans to bolster its service offerings, supporting customers throughout the lifecycle of their aircraft—from introduction to operation and maintenance.

Any significant impacts on fiscal 2027 performance will be disclosed promptly if they arise.
