Aero Lab International CEO retains majority stake

TOKYO, June 30 (Pulse News Wire) – aero lab international Inc. (326A.T) disclosed that its controlling shareholder, CEO Dr.

Goruun Kun Kenzo, holds a significant 99.38% equity interest in the company as of March 31, 2026. Regarding potential transactions with the controlling shareholder, the company stated there are currently no anticipated dealings.

Should such interactions arise, aero lab international commits to conducting them under equivalent conditions to regular transactions, ensuring fairness and adherence to legal standards. Any decisions involving the controlling shareholder would be thoroughly reviewed by the board of directors to safeguard minority shareholders' interests.

In addition, CFO Akira Matsumoto noted that while direct transactions with the controlling shareholder are not expected, the company remains vigilant in maintaining transparent and equitable relationships to protect minority investors.
