A-One Seimitsu Selects New Auditor Sosei Shikashihon for 2026 Annual Meeting

TOKYO, Jul 31 (Pulse News Wire) – A-One Seimitsu Inc. (6156.T) announced on July 31 that it has resolved to appoint Sosei Shikashihon as the new auditor effective September 26, 2026, during its 36th regular shareholders' meeting scheduled for that day.

The decision was made following a comprehensive evaluation of audit quality, independence, expertise, structure, and remuneration by the Audit Committee. Sosei Shikashihon, located at Tokyo, Chiyoda Ku Gobanchou10 Gohancho Ku Building, 3rd Floor, will replace Audit Firm A&A Partners, which has served since October 22, 2008.

A&A Partners did not express any particular concerns regarding their departure. The Audit Committee concluded that selecting Sosei Shikashihon aligns best with the company's needs moving forward.
